- Participates in tripartite social dialogue (Government - Employers - Trade Unions) under the existing legal framework.
- Provides advocacy and institutional support for regulations relevant to members.
- Organizes conferences, seminars, symposia, exhibitions and thematic debates.
- Collects and disseminates information on legislation, market trends, management and institutional developments.
- Facilitates access to consultancy, marketing studies, training and legal services.
- Supports cooperation with similar organizations in Romania and abroad.
- Promotes information exchanges, experience sharing, fairs and business visits.
- Develops social-economic policy proposals through legal and democratic dialogue channels.
- Mediates relations with civil society organizations and mass-media representatives.
- Initiates and supports philanthropic and charitable activities.
